| Immediately upon entering the chapel, one comes upon the baptistry, a reminder of our entrance into the Christian community. The solid granite piece is of Cold Spring granite, quarried about 10 miles from our monastery. Beyond the baptistry is the altar surrounded by two of the four sections of pews, those on the east and west. |
